2024-2025 End of the Year Chromebook Collection Process

Returning Students
All 9th, 10th and 11th grade students who are returning to North Gwinnett High School for the 25-26 school year will keep their NGHS issued Chromebook over the summer.

• If your student is attending Summer Learning classes, they need to bring their NGHS Chromebook with them every day.
• Students are responsible for taking care of and storing their NGHS Chromebook over the summer.
• NGHS Chromebooks and chargers should be stored in a safe and secure location when not in use (not in vehicles, etc.)
• Students are to bring their NGHS issued Chromebook and charger with them when returning to school for the 25-26 school year.
• If students are experiencing technical issues with their Chromebook, they should bring their Chromebook to the CLC before the last day of school to be repaired or replaced.

Seniors and Non-Returning Students
All 12th grade students and any non-returning lower grade students must return their NGHS issued Chromebook before their last day at NGHS.

• May 9th – All Seniors not required to take a final or AP exam must return their NGHS issued Chromebook and charger to the CLC.
• May 12th – 16th – All Seniors required to take finals and/or AP exams must return their NGHS issued Chromebook and charger to the CLC after completing their exams.
• All Senior Dual Enrollment students who do not take on campus classes should return their NGHS Chromebook and charger ASAP to the CLC.
• Chromebooks must be cleaned, and all stickers removed before turning them in.
• All fines associated with Chromebook damages or loss must be paid before withdrawing or graduation day.
