Student Records and Transcript Requests

SUMMER INFORMATION
Class of 26 Student Records
Final transcripts will be available starting June 1st
NOTE: North Gwinnett does NOT send out final transcripts.  It is your responsibility to send it to your college.
How to Send Your Final Transcript 
✅ GA FUTURES (For all Georgia colleges and universities):
If North Gwinnett has your Social Security number, log in to your account at GaFutures.org
Go to My Transcripts, select your college, and send it for free
✅ PAPER COPY:
All graduating seniors get one free official paper copy
Pick it up at the front desk starting June 1st
Mail or Hand Deliver the sealed transcript to your college
Bring your ID to pick up the transcript
✅ NEED EXTRA PAPER COPIES:
They're $5 each (cash or check only)
You can pick the additional copies up at the front desk along with your free copy
Diploma Info:   Your diploma is a one-time official document.  We do NOT keep copies, digital or printed.
 
9th – 11th Grade Records
If you need to order student records over the summer, please contact roxane.shimmin@gcpsk12.org for an appointment to pick up the records.

Please choose one of the options below to determine what you need to do in order to obtain your student records:

Diploma Information

We do not mail student diplomas.  Students will receive their diploma at graduation.  If they do not walk at graduation, they may pick up the diploma in the counseling office after graduation. 

Note:  It is the student's responsibility to keep up with their diploma.  We do not have copies, digital or printed, of student diplomas.  If you need graduation verification for employment, or for any other reason, please order a transcript from our records office.  Transcripts will include your graduation date and should be accepted as proof of high school graduation.  See above information for how to order transcripts based on your graduation year.
